You must not share your login credentials with any other person. khl88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify khl88 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. khl88 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation.

4.3 Account Currency. khl88 accounts for Bangladesh-based Members are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and bonus amounts are expressed and processed in BDT.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be classified as inactive. khl88 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) to inactive accounts, after providing written notice to the registered email address.

4.5 Account Closure by Member. You may request the closure of your khl88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

6.3 Verification Requirement. khl88 requires all accounts to complete KYC verification before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals requested by unverified accounts will be placed on hold until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.

6.6 Right to Withhold. khl88 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, account policy violations, or money laundering in connection with the requesting account.

7.1 Eligibility. Bonus offers are available to eligible khl88 Members as defined in each individual offer. khl88 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a bonus offer at its discretion, including where abuse is suspected.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds cannot be converted to withdrawable cash.

7.3 Order of Balance Usage. When placing bets, real-money funds in your account balance are used first before Bonus Funds, unless the specific bonus terms specify otherwise.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. khl88 actively monitors accounts for patterns indicating bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets only on outcomes with near-certain probability to satisfy wagering requirements; coordinated betting across multiple accounts; or exploiting technical errors. khl88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where abuse is detected.

7.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirement progress will expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit specified in the relevant bonus terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from your account without compensation.

7.6 Promotional Amendments. khl88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Members who have already opted into a running promotion at the time of its termination will have their eligibility assessed on a case-by-case basis.

8.1 Bet Placement. All bets placed on the khl88 Platform are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for reviewing the details — event, market, selection, odds, and stake — before confirming any bet. khl88 will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of user error.

8.2 Odds. khl88 publishes odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet is accepted.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. khl88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet or market at its discretion.

8.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being recorded; an obvious pricing error occurred; or the bet was placed on a market that was incorrectly configured. Void bets are refunded at the original stake value.

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited purposes;
• The account holder has provided false registration information;
• The account holder is under the age of 21;

12.2 Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, khl88 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds.

12.3 Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach by the Member (e.g., khl88 ceasing operations in a particular market), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

16.2 Where a material amendment is made, khl88 will provide at least 14 days' notice before the amended terms take effect, except where the amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case it may take effect immediately.

16.3 Your continued use of the khl88 Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.5.

17.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which khl88 operates.

17.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and khl88, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
